*If you book as a twosome you will be paired up on busy days. Please also note our cancellation policy, if you book 3 players and only show up with 2.

*Cancellation Policy: Not showing or cancelling within 24 hours(for groups of 12 or more we require 7 days notice to avoid cancellation fee including player removal) will result in a charge on the held credit card per person on the reservation. The full amount will be charged on busy days, while 50% will be charged on moderate (or less) days.

*To cancel your tee time call the proshop, 

*Twilight golf doesn't guarantee 18

holes. 

**Important**

*We will not be tolerating players or groups bringing their own alcohol to Smuggler’s Glen. If a voilation occurs all alchohol not purchased at Smuggler’s Glen will be confiscated and not returned, and/or the player(s) maybe removed from the course immediately with no refunds or returns of any prepaid fees of golf or accomodations. A second violation will be an automatic removal from the course with a suspension of no less than 7 days. If any aggressive behaviour is displayed with our staff implementing the rules management have put in place you will be removed from the golf course with no refunds or returns on any prepaid fees of golf or hotel accomodations. You are required to share this information with your group.

In the event a golf cart or property is damaged due to non compliance/inappropriate behaviour and the responsible person(s) does not notify our staff and pay for damages, then the group organizers credit card on file will be processed.

*Your group must keep pace with the group in front. You bought a tee time, you did not rent the course. We strive to have groups play in 4.5 hours. If you are not able to keep this pace and keep up to the group in front you may be asked to skip a hole so everyone else can enjoy their day. Please play ready golf, 4.5 hours should not be a problem.

*Music is permitted but if it is heard by others outside of your group it is too loud. Be respectful to others playing the course, not everyone wants to hear your music.
